Aries: March 21- April 19

This week has been stressful for you so try something new and calming. Try yoga or power naps throughout the day. See what changes happen to you throughout the week and ask yourself if they have positive or negative outcomes.

Taurus: April 20 – May 20

You are very stubborn. Everyone and their grandmother knows it. Anytime someone challenges you on what you are saying, you get way too frustrated and worry about it all day. Something you can do to calm your temper is eating healthy. Save the other half of your candy bar for later and you will see yourself changing in a great way.

Gemini: May 21 – June 20

You always seem to have drama and that becomes stressful after a while, so go somewhere (like a library or a cafe) by yourself where there is not going be any drama. Then, find a book that will take you through a crazy journey that you can get lost in for a couple of hours and that will for sure relax you.

Cancer: June 21– July 22

You are over dramatic a lot of the time, so before you throw another one of your temper tantrums, go home and take a long, long nap. You will wake up feeling reenergized and in a great mood.

Leo: July 23 – August 22

You do not get stressed a lot but when you do, you go crazy and no one around you is happy when you act that way. You love to do creative activities, so go make a painting, or cook for your family next time you are feeling a little feisty.

Virgo: August 23– September 22

You are known to make the world a better place most of the time, but on the rare occasion that you don’t is when you are mad. This seems crazy, but when you are upset or mad, just go start cleaning. It can be a stress reliever for you, and your parents will love you for it.

Libra: September 23 – October 22

When things go south for you, you need to try something crazy like cliff jumping or bungie jumping. Things like these will help you find your way back to happiness.

You tend to speak your mind, and not everybody likes that. You constantly have drama in your life, and this becomes overwhelming and makes you feel like you need an escape place. Try going for a swim or just go sit in the hot tub, and do whatever makes you happy.
